YachtFest 2009 starts today

YachtFest 2009, which starts today and runs through Sunday at Shelter Island, will offer a glimpse inside some of the world’s most luxurious floating vessels.

More than $60 million worth of boats, yachts, super yachts, luxury cars and other accessories will be on display and for sale during the show at Shelter Island’s Island Palms Hotel and Marina.

Hours are from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Thursday through Saturday and from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday.
