What is now a large hole at the corner of Pearl and Herschel will soon be a new project called Paseo La Jolla — a 2-unit luxury townhome project being built by Zephyr Partners.
Workers are on the site and Zephyr has opened a sales center around the corner that has a computer-generated “virtual tour” of the development.
“Tight construction constraints prevented us from building a Sales Center on the site. We were very fortunate to find a great location for the Sales Center at 7421 Girard,” said Brad Termini of Zephyr Partners, adding that a priority list has been started.
Models are due to be finished in March 2012
Paseo La Jolla offers one-, two- and three-bedroom townhomes ranging from 1,000 to just over 1,600 square feet. All floor plans have an attached private garage (1 or 2 car) and many offer roof top decks or other outdoor living space.
Anticipated pricing is from the high $600,000’s - $1,000,000. Final pricing will be made available mid to late September.
