Who bought what

- The four-bedroom, two-bath home at 338 Belvedere St. sold for $2.1 million on Sept. 12. The house with 1,493 square feet was built in 1951.

- A four-bedroom, three-bath home at 1394 Caminito Balada sold for $1.012 million on Sept. 12. The 2,694-square-foot house was built in 2000.

- A two-bedroom, two-bath condo at 7757 Eads Ave. sold for $880,000 on Sept. 10. It is in the La Flor De La Jolla project, built in 1988.

- The one-bedroom, one-bath condo at 1040 S. Coast Blvd. sold for $750,000 on Sept. 3. The seller paid $710,000 for the unit in 2004.
