Boys basketball
La Jolla High School fell to Cathedral Catholic, 66-58, on Feb. 5.The Vikings rebounded with a 57-37 win over Lincoln on Feb. 8. The win helped the Vikings clinch at least a tie for the Western League title with a week to play before the end of the regular season.
The Bishop’s School rolled to a 51-40 win over Francis Parker on Feb. 6.
The Knights topped Canyon Crest Academy, 73-56, on Feb. 8.
Bishop’s edged city and neighborhood rival La Jolla High School, 51-49, on Feb. 9. La Jolla made it a game despite trailing, 18-2, in the first quarter in the matchup of two of the county’s top-10 teams.
La Jolla Country Day fell to Canyon Crest Academy, 80-75, on Feb. 6.
The Torreys responded with a 60-41 victory over San Dieguito Academy on Feb. 7.
Girls basketball
The Bishop’s School secured a 53-47 victory over Francis Parker on Feb. 6, snapping a rare two-game losing streak.La Jolla Country Day coasted to a 70-40 win over Canyon Crest Academy on Feb. 6.
The Torreys continued their winning ways with an 84-45 victory over San Dieguito Academy on Feb. 7. Country Day raced to a 33-8 lead early in the game and never looked back.

La Jolla Country Day rolled to a 3-0 win over Canyon Crest Academy on Feb. 5. The shutout was the 13th of the season for Country Day, a program record.The Torreys continued to roll with a 3-1 victory over Preuss on Feb. 8, improving their record this season to 17-2-3.
La Jolla High School rolled to an 8-0 win over Kearney on Feb. 8.

Girls soccer
La Jolla High School secured a 5-1 win over Our Lady of Peace on Feb. 5.The Vikings kicked to a scoreless draw with Coronado on Feb. 7. With two games remaining in the regular season, they owned a 15-1-3 record and a 4-1-3 mark in the Western League.
La Jolla Country Day secured a 1-0 win over Canyon Crest Academy on Feb. 5. The Torreys kept it up with a 6-0 triumph over San Diego Jewish Academy on Feb. 7.

Girls water polo
The Bishop’s School swam to a 16-6 win over Cathedral Catholic on Feb. 7.The Knights toppled University City, 15-5, on Feb. 8. The victories helped Bishop’s finish the regular season with a 22-7 regular-season record.
Wrestling
La Jolla High School wrestled in the City Conference tournament at Mira Mesa High School on Feb. 9 and had three wrestlers place in the top six. Sophomore David Blazquez won the 215-pound weight class with a pin in the championship match. Senior Tyler Rohr placed third at 140 pounds, and sophomore Joey Bruder was fifth at 119 pounds.Roller hockey
La Jolla Country Day skated to a 17-1 win over Southwest on Feb. 4, getting seven goals and an assist from Camille Corbin.The Torreys continued their winning ways with a 9-0 win over Mar Vista on Feb. 5. With the two victories, Country Day improved to 6-1 on the season.
