Water specialist to talk at Surfrider meeting on Wednesday

Norman Allenby, an attorney, environmental advocate and the chairman of the Peninsula Planning Board, will speak Aug. 17 at the regular meeting of the San Diego Chapter of the Surfrider Foundation.

The meeting begins at t p.m. at Forum Hall at the UTC Mall, 4315 La Jolla Village Drive, above the Wells Fargo branch.
