Water service shutdown in sections of La Jolla Shores on Jan. 13

The city’s Public Utilities Department has scheduled a water project in sections of La Jolla Shores which will shutdown service to sections of the community between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 13.

Affected areas will include: 8000-8400 La Jolla Shores, 8000-8100 Calle Del Cielo, 2300-2400 Paseo Dorado, 2300-2400 Avenida De la Playa, 2300-2400 Vallecitos, 7800 Dorado Ct., 2300 Calle De La Garza and 2300 Calle Del Oro.

Customers in the affected areas were given three days advance notice of the service interruption.
