Torosian to head Promises2Kids

Promises2Kids, a nonprofit organization dedicated to breaking the cycle of child abuse, has named Tonya Torosian as the organization’s new chief executive officer.

Torosian previously spent three years as the executive director of the San Diego County Commission on Children, Youth and Families where she led the commission to advise the County of San Diego Board of Supervisors on policies affecting the welfare of children in foster care or children involved with the juvenile justice system.
