Times announced for remaining San Diego State football games
SDSU will play all home games before 5 p.m. PT this season
The Mountain West has released kickoff times for the remaining San Diego State football contests in 2012. Of the six game times announced, four will kickoff at Qualcomm Stadium at or before 5 p.m. PT.The Aztecs’ first home game of the season, Sept. 8 against Army, will kickoff at 4:30 p.m. PT and will be televised by NBC Sports Network. The game will also serve as the annual GEICO Fleet Week Classic.
SDSU’s next two home games against North Dakota (Sept. 15) and San Jose State (Sept. 22) have both been scheduled for 5 p.m. PT starts at Qualcomm Stadium.
On Oct. 6, the Aztecs will face new Mountain West member Hawai’i in a 5 p.m. PT start at Qualcomm Stadium in the annual KGB SkyShow game. The contest will be shown on CBS Sports Network.
San Diego State welcomes Colorado State on Oct. 13 for a 4 p.m. PT conference showdown at Qualcomm Stadium. Two weeks later, the Aztecs return home to face UNLV on Oct. 27 for a 5 p.m. PT contest.
The final home game of the season for SDSU will be on Nov. 10 against Air Force. The game will be shown on NBC Sports Network and is scheduled for a 12:30 p.m. PT start.
As far as San Diego State’s road contests, the Aztecs will open the 2012 season with a contest against Washington at 7:30 p.m. PT on Saturday, Sept. 1. The game, which will be played at CenturyLink Field in Seattle, will be televised live by the Pac-12 Networks.
San Diego State then hits the road on Sept. 29 to open Mountain West play against Fresno State in a contest scheduled for 7 p.m. PT. On Oct. 20, SDSU will face Nevada for just the second time in school history. The Aztec-Wolf Pack game will start at 7:30 p.m. PT and will be available on CBS Sports Network.
San Diego State travels to Boise State on Nov. 3, for a 7:30 p.m. PT kickoff. The game against the Broncos will also be shown on CBS Sports Network. The Aztecs wrap up regular season play when they make the trek to Laramie to face Wyoming in a conference tilt scheduled for 1:30 p.m. MT.
