The Children’s School holds Beatles-inspired gala

The Children’s School celebrated its annual gala auction with the theme “Come Together: With a Little Help From Our Friends” on May 9 at the Marriott La Jolla. Proceeds from the Beatles-inspired event will be used to fund academic programs, tuition assistance, teacher enrichment and more at the toddler through eighth-grade school.

The evening began with a silent auction and a Billboard mini-live auction before dinner, followed by a live auction (that included a guitar signed by President Obama and Bruce Springsteen) and dancing.
