Tenants sign La Jolla leases
The following leases were recently signed in La Jolla:
At 888 Prospect St.— Wells Fargo Advisors LLC has leased 7,906 square feet Pascal Aubry-Dumand and Michael Dyer of Cushman & Wakefield represented the lessor; Chris Powers of Cresa Partners and Reynolds McCabe of Tavers Realty, the lessee.
— California Healthcare Institute has leased 2,671 square feet, with Jerry Keeney of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial representing the lessee.
— US Medical Instrument leased 6,612 square feet. Jim Laing and Chris Holder of Cushman & Wakefield represented the lessee.
— Imperial Capital leased 1,403 square feet. Aubry-Dumand and Dyer represented the lessee.
At Torrey Pines Science ParkSova Pharmaceuticals has leased 8,171 square feet at 11099 Torrey Pines Road, according to Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial. The company is currently discovering and developing drugs to treat diseases of the Central Nervous System.
The building is owned by Touchstone Investments.
Sova Pharmaceuticals is the third company that La Jolla-based Avalon Ventures, which provided financing for the transaction, has successfully relocated from its incubator laboratory building in Sorrento Mesa to Torrey Pines Science Park in the last five months.
