A 35-year-old suspected drunk driver was seriously injured early Christmas Eve morning when he rolled his car in La Jolla, police said.
The motorist struck a center divide and rolled his car while speeding northbound in the 3700 block of Torrey Pines Road shortly before 12:30 a.m. Wednesday, San Diego police Sgt. Bob Dare said.
Alcohol appeared to be a factor in the crash, according to the sergeant.
The motorist suffered head and pelvis injuries, he said. No one else was hurt.
