Spiritual aspect of mental health is Bipolar Foundation lecture topic

The Rev. Dr. Beth Cooper, a United Methodist elder and executive director at The Wesley Foundation, will address the International Bipolar Foundation as part of its free mental health lecture series beginning at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 10 at Sanford Children’s Research Center, Building 12, 10905 Road to the Cure, San Diego.
