There was a slight chance of rain in San Diego County this weekend, but forecasters said it should be light and taper off before trick-or-treating begins on Sunday.According to the National Weather Service, a fast-moving storm will affect southwest California late tonight into Saturday. The upper level trough and associated cold front could drop about a tenth of an inch of rain near the coast and roughly a third of an inch on coastal mountain slopes, the agency advised.
The snow level will be high, at or above 8,000 feet, according to the Weather Service.
