Senior’s summer dance moves to Hawaiian beat

The La Jolla Recreation Center hosted a Summer Luau Senior Dinner Dance on June 11 for residents, ages 55 and older. Guests enjoyed the party and appreciated the ice-breaking efforts of 92-year-old Maury Rapkin, who was the first to get up and dance with instructor Kailani Andreotti.
