Rosina Tomato Sauce


Rosina’s Tomato Sauce


• 2 cloves garlic

• Olive oil

• 16 oz. can crushed San Marzano tomatoes

• Cooked pasta

• Fresh parmigiano (to taste)

• Basil (to taste)

• Extra virgin olive oil (to taste)

Cover the bottom of a pan in olive oil, and sautee garlic. Add can of San Marzano tomatoes; cook on high for 20 minutes. Add cooked pasta, fresh parmigiano, basil and drizzle extra virgin olive oil to taste.
