Roppongi names new general manager

Roppongi Restaurant and Sushi Bar has named Mark Wheadon as the restaurant’s new general manager.

Wheadon brings more than 19 years of experience in the hospitality industry to Roppongi. Most recently, he served as general manager of Crescent Heights Kitchen & Lounge in downtown San Diego.

Wheadon began his hospitality career in the 1990s as restaurant manager of Robert Redford’s Treeroom Restaurant at Sundance Resort in Sundance, Utah.
