Robert August is a legend in the surfing world. In 1966 he was one of the stars of Bruce Brown’s legendary surf movie “The Endless Summer.” Today he is working on becoming a legend in the world of wines.
On June fourth, August and his son Sam will share their wines at a private tasting at the Crab Catcher Restaurant located at1298 Prospect St.
Crab Catcher will be featuring king crab fritters, yakitori steak skewers, prosciutto wrapped shrimp and other tapas. There will also be scenes shown from “The Endless Summer.”
