Prudential’s Jim Holland sponsors housing efforts

James Holland of Prudential California Realty’s La Jolla office recently partnered with Habitat for Humanity to help build the Carlsbad Condominiums, an 11-unit building designed to provide housing for a number of disadvantaged families in San Diego County.

A broker associate, Holland applied his extensive understanding of home improvement to assist with Phase II of the construction process, which included framing the interior of the condominiums.

“The time I spent working with Habitat for Humanity was very satisfying,” said Holland. “Habitat for Humanity’s mission to help people achieve the dream of owning a home is identical to what motivated me to become a Realtor. It’s extremely gratifying to think that my efforts were at least partly responsible for helping some local families enjoy the benefits of home ownership.”
