Prudential names top performers to advisory group

Nicki Marcellino, manager of Prudential California Realty’s La Jolla office, recently formed a Networking and Advisory Council to enhance the client experience and to address the vision and marketing of the company. Agents were nominated to serve on the council based on their dedication to their clients, passion for the company and knowledge of real estate.

Among the agents who rank in the top 10 in the La Jolla office for sales performance who are donating their time to participate are Jeannie Gleeson and Barbara Ostroff.

“Since agents interact with the public on a daily basis, they offer valuable feedback and real-world insights about the inner workings of our company,” Marcellino said. “Our goal with the formation of this council is to share ideas and practical suggestions for improving the level of service we provide.”

Prudential’s Networking and Advisory Council consists of agents who are widely considered by their peers and clients to be leaders in San Diego’s real estate market, both personally and professionally. A small facet of Prudential’s ongoing efforts to provide a superior level of representation, the Networking and Advisory Council is a collaborative environment where information and ideas are freely exchanged among agents and managers of the company. The meetings will focus on processes aimed at continuous improvement and initiatives designed to adapt company services to serve the changing needs of modern consumers.
