Picture-perfect morning

Above, a sunny Friday morning makes a perfect setting for artists to set up along Cave Street at the Cove. Sally Jordan of Pauma Valley said she comes to La Jolla frequently to paint. Her work is on display at the Cosmopolitan Gallery. Left, Donald “David” Ainsley of Encinitas, with oil in hand, also finds inspiration in the local scenery. Ainsley will be showing his work at the new La Jolla Art Association Gallery in April.
