Peter Middleton opens new firm

Peter Middleton, a leading name in La Jolla real estate for years, has opened Middleton and Associates Real Estate at 848 Prospect St.

The new company, which has 30 active agents, is a boutique-style office that markets homes in a completely different manner than before, according to Justin Decesare, operations manager.
