Open house set at theater

San Diego Junior Theatre is hosting an open house on Sept.19, from 9 to 11 a.m. at the La Jolla YMCA Firehouse (on Herschel Avenue, near Wall Street). Featuring age-specific, free introductory sessions about acting, dancing and singing, the event welcomes parents and youths, ages 3 through 18.

Space is limited so those interested in attending must reserve their space by providing their child’s name and age, as well as a contact phone number via e-mail to info@juniortheatre.com.

Additional open house activities include a special performance by current students. Show tickets, discount admission coupons and more are also in store for guests.
