Olbrich to speak at event

A forum on reverse mortgages will be held from 11 a.m. to noon Jan. 21 at The Riford Center, 6811 La Jolla Blvd.

John Olbrich, president of American Security Mortgage, will talk about the increased temporary loan limits and other new rules and benefits of reverse mortgages, which are available to those 62 and older. Olbrich has been in the mortgage business since 1991.
