New French class offered

Alliance Francaise de San Diego is offering a new professional class, “French for Business and Diplomacy,” for people who frequently deal with Canada, France or French-speaking associates.

The intensive class will be held from 6 to 9 p.m. Wednesdays, Sept. 23 through Nov. 11. Cost is $360 for 24 hours of instruction, plus books and membership. It will be taught by Christine Becker, who was born in Paris and has taught French to adults for 10 years.
