Natural history museum offering free admission

The San Diego Natural History Museum is offering free admission as it participates in the fifth annual Museum Day, presented by Smithsonian magazine on Sept. 26.

Those interested in attending can download a Museum Day Admission Card by visiting

smithsonian.com/museumday.

Attendees must present the card to gain free entry. Each card provides entry for two people.

The San Diego Natural History Museum is at the intersection of Park Boulevard and Village Place in Balboa Park.

It is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
