Mischief abounds at ‘The Wild Party’

“The Wild Party,” a musical based on Joseph Moncure March’s 1928 (banned in Boston) narrative poem about a violent, boozy 1920s soiree, is playing at the cabaret-style Coronado Playhouse, 1835 Strand Way, through March 6. The cast, directed by David Kelso and assisted by Kym Pappas, includes Chrissy Burns, Eric Vest, Anthony Simone, Kerianne Rice and Kendra Truett. The Andrew Lippa score features such tunes as “Out of the Blue,” “What a Party,” “Raise the Roof,” “Look at Me Now” and “Poor Child.”
