Memory screening set for those with Parkinson’s disease
A free, memory screening clinic for persons with Parkinson’s disease will be held from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. June 18 at the Shiley-Marcos Alzheimer’s Disease Research Center, 8950 Villa La Jolla Drive, Suite C-129, La Jolla.
For patients living with Parkinson’s disease, a memory screening can help establish a memory baseline that can be monitored over time and identify if medical follow-up or care is needed.
Participants must be 60 or older and have a diagnosis of Parkinson’s disease. Pre-registration is required. To schedule a free assessment, call (858) 622-5800.
