McClellan a ‘Best Lawyer’

Craig R. McClellan of La Jolla has been named the “San Diego Best Lawyers Product Liability Litigation Lawyer of the Year” for 2012 by “Best Lawyers.”

Only a single lawyer in each specialty in each community is being honored as the “Lawyer of the Year.”

McClellan, of the McClellan Law Firm, is a product liability attorney with over 90 verdicts and settlements in excess of $1 million each. His landmark cases have resulted in the removal of 3-wheel all-terrain vehicles (ATVs) from the market, and the addition of shoulder harnesses in the rear seats of automobiles.
