McCann earns designation

Irene McCann of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s La Jolla office recently earned the California Association of Realtors Graduate Realtor Institute, a nationally recognized GRI real estate designation. The GRI is considered by many to be the most advanced and comprehensive training program available to real estate agents in North America.

To earn the designation, Realtors complete an intensive 14-course series on marketing and negotiating skills, technology, new disclosures and legal aspects of real estate, and financing.
