Man stabbed in Pacific Beach drug deal gone bad
Two young men were in custody Monday after one stabbed the other during a drug deal-gone-bad inside a car that then crashed into a parked vehicle in Pacific Beach, police said.
The men were in a vehicle near Lamont and Missouri streets about 8:50 p.m. Sunday when the driver stabbed his passenger, then lost control of the vehicle and slammed into a parked car, said San Diego police Officer Dino Delimitros. Both men got out of the vehicle and ran, he said.
The passenger was found almost immediately and was taken to a local hospital, he said, adding that the driver was located a short time later.
