Malashock Dance holds celebrity dance competition next month

For the second year, Malashock Dance presents its “Malashock Thinks You Can Dance” competition. On Sept. 13, Emmy-winning San Diego choreographer John Malashock will host the event that will feature a special appearance by Mary Murphy, celebrity judge and choreographer of Fox’s “So You Think You Can Dance.”

Sycuan’s community development manager Anita Bye, San Diego Museum of Art president Pamela Cesak and other local celebrities will be paired with professional ballroom dancers.
