Major League Baseball umpire to speak June 19

Phil Cuzzi will appear at the La Jolla Riford Library at 9:30 a.m. June 19 to talk about his career as a Major League Baseball umpire.

Cuzzi joined the Major League staff in 1999 and has worked the Division Series of 2003-04, the 2005 National League Championship Series and the 2008 All-Star game at Yankee Stadium.
