Local lawyers in referral guide

Casey Gerry partners David S. Casey Jr., Robert J. Francavilla and Frederick Schenk will be featured in the 16th edition of “The Best Lawyers in America.”

The attorneys will appear in the 2010 edition of the annual referral guide - to be published this fall - which includes nearly 40,000 attorneys in 80 specialties and covers all 50 states and the District of Columbia. Lawyers were selected for inclusion based on a peer-review process that totaled more than 2.8 million detailed evaluations.

“Recognition in ‘Best Lawyers’ is a true honor, as it is conferred on an attorney by his or her peers, and evaluations come from some of the top attorneys in the country,” said Casey, the firm’s senior partner.

The Casey Gerry partners included in the publication each have extensive expertise in all aspects of consumer law:

David Casey Jr. is listed in the personal injury litigation section, and specializes in serious personal injury and wrongful death cases.

Robert Francavilla is listed in the product liability litigation section, with a practice concentrating on serious personal injury and products liability.

Frederick Schenk is listed in the mass tort litigation category.
