La Jolla lawyer attends Paris conference

Franco Serafini of Themis Law in La Jolla recently attended the 42nd World Intellectual Property Congress in Paris, France organized by the AIPPI (Association Internationale pour la Propriété Intellectuelle). Themis Law specializes legal issues related to international intellectual

property and represents local and international companies and institutions. The conference provided updates on significant developments in the field of patents, trademarks, copyrights and trade secrets.

“In this global ecomony, international law is evolving rapidly and we must keep abreast of changes that affect our clients,” Serafini said recently. “In addition, we strengthened connections with attorneys from countries like China and India that are becoming major players in our field of law.”
