La Jolla Impact B13 wins

The La Jolla IMPACT B13 won the President’s Cup on Jan. 17. The boys took their eight-team bracket with a 3-2 semifinal victory over the Bonita Rebels. They went into overtime against the Carlsbad Wave with a 2-2 tie and won on penalty kicks in the rain and under lights at University of San Diego’s Manchester soccer field.
