La Jolla Cove hosts a crowd at San Diego Triathlon Challenge

La Jolla Cove and the streets around it were full of athletes and spectators Sunday for the Aspen Medical Products San Diego Triathlon Challenge, a fundraiser for the Challenged Athletes Foundation. The event attracted world-class challenged athletes, professional triathletes, celebrities and other able-bodied participants to the 1.2-mile swim, 56-mile bike and 13.1-mile run.
