Kudos for polishing our Jewel: Barbarella Restaurant

Thanks to Barbara Beltaire, owner of Barbarella Restaurant and Bar at 2171 Avenida de la Playa, La Jolla Shores residents and visitors can always tell when there’s a holiday approaching — especially Halloween. She’s been decorating for the past 10 years and takes great pride in the joy and entertainment her effort brings, especially to the children. Kudos to Barbara for her spirit and what she does for the Jewel.
