Katy La Pay joins Gallery Properties

Katy La Pay, a veteran real estate agent and resident of La Jolla, recently joined Gallery Properties.

She attended Stella Maris Academy, La Jolla High and UCSD. She started her real estate career in 1970 after graduating from UCLA. She joined her father’s prestigious company, John La Pay Real Estate, where she learned all aspects of the business. Her father was one of the first real estate brokers and builders in La Jolla. After he passed away in 1977, Katy became owner and manager of his well established real estate business.

Over the years, she has served as broker for several real estate offices in La Jolla and Park City, Utah, where she remains licensed. Katy currently resides near Windansea Beach with her husband Peter Barnes.
