A series of Anglim wine dinners will be offered at The Shores in June. The menu has been created by executive chef, Bernard Guillas and chef de cuisine, Augie Saucedo, and paired with Anglim wines.
The series of dinners kicks-off on Wednesday, June 4, featuring a tray passed reception at 6 p.m. followed by a four-course sit down dinner at 7 p.m. A representative for Anglim Winery will also be in attendance to interact with guests and describe the wine pairings with each course. Cost for the June 4 event is $65 per person (tax and gratuity not included). Seating is based on availability.
Those who are unable to attend the kick-off event can indulge in the same four-course wine pairing menu, which is available every Saturday during the month of June from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. Cost for the four-course menu with wine pairings is $55 per person (tax and gratuity not included). The regular dinner menu will also be available.
Reservations are recommended, and can be made by calling (858) 456.0600.
