Headache relief talk set for Sept. 22

Integrative medicine physician Dr. Robert Bonakdar and neurologist Dr. Christy Jackson will talk about options for headache relief at a free seminar from 7 to 8:15 p.m. Sept. 22. “This seminar is for anyone who wants to learn more about scientifically based healing options such as medication, acupuncture, exercise, nutrition and supplements,” Bonakdar said.
