Gepetto’s presents kids on camera: Kids part of Kellogg Park celebration

At the Sept. 10 celebration at Kellogg Park, a comment heard repeatedly was, “It’s all about the children.”

And children there were, from those waiting patiently to climb on the new playground equipment to those decorating and devouring 500 cupcakes in an hour provided by CUPS, the new organic cupcake store opening soon on Girard Avenue.
