Generational Exchange
In honor of Veteran’s Day, students at Stella Maris Academy visited the Casa de Manana assisted living facility to sing patriotic songs for residents, Nov. 10. Their program included “Yankee Doodle” and “My Country, ‘Tis of Thee.” After their rendition of “God Bless America,” one resident said, “Beautiful, just beautiful.” Veteran’s Day is recognized Nov. 11.
