public forum from 6 to 8 p.m. on Dec. 8.The event at the Urban Corps of San Diego offices at 3127 Jefferson St., includes a panel presentation examining the current water supply future for the San Diego region and how the region can create a stable water supply without devastating the coastline and major rivers.
