Forum set for Wednesday on transit cuts

The Metropolitan Transit System on Wednesday will hold the first of 10 open houses at the UTC Transit Center to get the public’s ideas on proposals to cut services.

The event runs from 11 a.m. to noon at the center inside Westfield University Towne Center, 4545 La Jolla Village Drive, off Gilman Drive.
