La Jolla Open Aire Market will celebrate its 13th anniversary Sunday, Oct. 23rd from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at La Jolla Elementary School, the corner of Girard Avenue and Genter Street.

The annual Harvest Festival will feature free kids activities including a mini pumpkin decorating, a Mad Hatter, a cupcake walk, a fishing booth, pumpkin golf, a balloon artist and music and entertainment.
