Conservators on display at museum

Go behind the scenes to watch art conservators at work in the unique exhibit, “Treasures Uncovered,” at the San Diego Museum of Man in Balboa Park. By entering the museum’s private collections space, visitors can observe museum staff clean, photograph, pack and prepare objects for exhibition. This educational tour is by appointment only with 24-hour notice, Monday-Friday. The cost is $50 per person. For more details, visit
