Coastwise Mile adds 5K
The Coastwise Mile is adding a 5K division to its Oct. 3 event that includes “Mutt Mile” and a dog costume contest.
The 5k course will travel along Prospect Street through the Village to Coast Boulevard with a finish at Ellen Browning Scripps Park.
There’s also a Toddler Trot, a Baby Jogger Division and a three-person relay division.
A portion of the event proceeds will directly benefit the Scripps Park Project and the San Diego Humane Society & SPCA.
