Boy Scouts hold court

About 100 Boy Scouts, family and friends turned out Jan. 3 for Troop 4’s Eagle Court of Honor at La Jolla Presbyterian Church when Ben Castle, Chris Decorte, Andreas Breitberg-Scavuzzo and Cory Oliver were saluted.

Here’s what the teens did for the Eagle projects:

• Castle paved, installed irrigation and landscaping on a pathway at La

Jolla High.

• Decorte painted, cleaned and constructed dividers at La Jolla Presbyterian Children’s Ministry.
• Breitberg-Scavuzzo built a retaining wall and restored a trail in Balboa Park.
• Oliver built a retaining wall in Balboa Park.
