Blood drive set for 9/11

The 7th annual Patriots Day Blood and Bone Marrow Drive will be held Tuesday, Sept. 11 at the Hall of Champions in Balboa Park.

All donors will receive a “Never Forget” T-shirt and a pair of Live Nation Concert tickets (while supplies last) to a concert by Santana, Maroon Five and Counting Crows, Switchfoot and Third Day, and the Led Zeplin tribute band, Led Zepagain.

The event is cosponsored by the Disabled American Veterans and BAE Systems with backing from XX 1090 AM, San Diego 700 AM and 105.7 The Walrus.
