Baer elected to League of Women Voters post

Susan Baer, Ph.D., was recently elected co-president of the League of Women Voters of San Diego.

Baer, a Clairemont resident, earned her M.A. and Ph.D. in government and politics from the University of Maryland, College Park, where her areas of research specialization were public policy and political philosophy. Most recently, she was a tenured associate professor of public administration at San Diego State University. She has won several teaching awards and has published a number of public policy articles in academic journals and books.
